Overview
Experienced Appeals practitioner required to assist our client through a change in the service structure. You will need to have specialist knowledge of legislation, case law and procedures of the council relating to the administration of Housing Benefits /Council tax benefit. You must be able to prepare cases in writing and present them orally to the appeals tribunal service. Northgate V6 system knowledge is essential and this role will be for 6 months initially.
