Overview
Salary between £45,000 - £50,000, plus £5k car allowance. We are recruiting for a Care Quality & Improvement Lead (Nurse Qualified RGN or RMN) to join our Quality Team at Excelcare. You will work with the team to ensure our Care Homes operate in line with CQC regulation, best practice and clinical standards. About you: A qualified Nurse (RGN or RMN) with a current or expired PIN You will have thorough CQC legislation knowledge including KLOE’s and regulations within adult social care at management level Must have a driving licence, own car and be willing to travel (Expenses are reimbursed) You will be committed to providing outstanding care standards Must have good knowledge of a nursing/care home service Strong planning and organisational skills Able to Coach and support staff and their teams where improvements / action plans are required Benefits: 25 Days holiday Refer a Friend Scheme rewarding up to £600 for every person you refer (https://en-GB/page/employee-refer) DBS Certificate paid for by Excelcare Contributory Pension Scheme Annual Salary Review Long service awards If you are interested in this position, are a qualified nurse (RGN or RMN) with a current or expired PIN then online apply today
