The ideal Apple Business Manager: Excellent comprehension, written and verbal communication skills. Ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders and suppliers on commercial and service issues. Comprehensive knowledge of the technology market and its drivers as well as a strong understanding of the Apple business portfolio. Stakeholder management. Able to carry out market analysis. Self-motivated and confident in taking ownership of the relationship and the tasks involved Proven experience in presenting to customers, suppliers and senior management. The Apple Business Manager role: The Apple Business Manager is dedicated to managing, developing and growing the Apple business within our client. The Business Manager is responsible for generating demand for Apple products and solutions, managing sales opportunities against the Company’s Apple portfolio. The Apple Business Manager will also manage the existing Apple customer base with a view to improve experience and grow revenues. As well as: Be the primary point of contact for their B2B relationship with Apple. Create and communicate the Business Strategy and Marketing plans in line with Apple guidelines. Understand how Apple products and services benefit current and future customers. Develop and execute all Apple marketing plans across the business Research and define target customer segments.
