Overview
This dynamic and pro-active team require a Resourcer to join their busy team to assist in finding new talent for various roles in this organisation. You will assist in managing effectively all candidate applications, arranging interviews and giving feedback. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance, negotiating starter offers and ensuring all paperwork is completed accordingly. Have the ability to sustain and maintain relationships with existing and new clients from account management and strong customer service skills.
