Overview
Mortgage Administrator Location: Lincoln Salary: Up to £23,000 Our Client is a well established firm of Financial Planners who now has an excellent opportunity for a highly professional and motivated Mortgage Administrator to join their highly professional and dynamic Business based in the Lincoln area. The main purpose of you role will be to provide a high level administrative support to advisers for mortgage and life products in order to ensure that customer service is of the highest standard and so that regulatory requirements are met Responsibilities: Apply for decisions in principle using information supplied by advisers, in order to meet deadlines, customer needs and regulatory requirements. Liaise with customers in order to submit full mortgage applications and associated documents in line with mortgage providers' requirements in order to ensure customer needs and regulatory requirements are met. Proactively engage and liaise with customers and mortgage providers in order to ensure all the necessary information and documentation is transferred in a timely manner so as to progress mortgage applications as efficiently as possible and to comply with regulatory requirements. Proactively engage and liaise with customers and solicitors in order to ensure the conveyancing process maintains momentum, that the mortgage process does not delay completion and so that the customer experience remains positive throughout. To complete life protection applications using information supplied by advisers, in order to meet customer needs and regulatory requirements. To liaise with customers, insurance providers, medical practitioners, etc. in order to ensure all activities in support of life protection applications are completed in a timely manner and in accordance with insurance providers' requirements. To add new clients to Intelligent Office and update ongoing applications with regular information in order that progress can be monitored. The successful candidate will need to have previous experience working as a Mortgage Administration role. You will have solid communication and articulation skills as well as the ability to multi- task. Candidates who are CeMAP qualified are of interest but this is by no means a necessity.
