Overview
We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client who is a well-known steel works sub-contractor at British steel in Scunthorpe for a 54 tonne counterbalance Forklift Truck Driver for an on-going / permanent position. Suitable applicants will have gained experience of operating large industrial fork lift trucks such as SMVs or container handlers or similar in a steel work, docks or similar environment. The successful applicant will be working on a 4 days on 4 off and 4 nights shift rotating and including weekends. Salary equates to roughly £25,000 pro-annam. Overtime will be paid at premium rates. You must hold a full UK Driving licence and successful applicants will be subject to a pre-employment medical examination and substance abuse test.
