Senior Quality Engineer £35-40K plus bonus, flexitime-Core Hours Mon-Fri 9.30am-3.30pm Ascot, Berkshire Are you an engineer with excellent SHEQ (quality, health and safety) experience looking to progress into line management and be responsible for the day to day operations of a small team? This is an excellent opportunity to progress you skills and career in a fascinating and expanding manufacturing environment. The company are a specialist global materials engineering company, operating in a fast expanding markets. Reporting into the SHEQ Manager the role will have responsibility for the safety and quality management systems including managing a team of 2. The role Monday-Fri, days based permanent role with a degree of flexitime, plus training and future progression, in a manufacturing environment Both daily SHEQ system management plus long term continuous improvement project work Managing a team of 2, one Quality Engineer and one Health and Safety Engineer The person Academic and working background in manufacturing engineering Previous experience in a SHEQ role with quality engineering and knowledge of ISO 9001 and other Quality Management systems a priority.
