Job Profile As the Quality Inspector you will be leading the quality of parts from source material through manufacturing to final despatch. You will ensure all parts are to customer specifications and the AS9100 and ISO9001 standards. Duties · Inspection at all stages of the manufacturing process · Use of manual CMM and various other measuring equipment · First off, Patrol and Final inspection · Ensure all non-conforming items are segregated · Create non-conformance reports and scrap notifications · Calibration of measuring equipment · Generating & completing FAIR's online Key Skills & Experience · Experience in the Aerospace sector · CMM experience · Knowledge of AS9100 procedures · FAIR documents · Knowledge of Microsoft Office Hours & Benefits · 07,30 – 16.45, Monday – Thursday, Friday 12.30 finish · Overtime Monday to Thursday x1.33, Friday and Saturday x1.5 Key Skills CNC, Machining, Precision Engineering, CMM, CMM Inspector, Quality Inspector.
