Opportunity is around the corner as Pertemps are working in partnership with a market leading manufacturing business based on the outskirts of Lincoln, recruiting for Line Leaders / Key Operatives to join their friendly team. This is a great opportunity to join a fantastic, well establish business and being part of a small, friendly team in a busy production environment. Working Hours: Week 1 - Wednesday and Thursday, 06:00 - finish, Week 2 - Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday, 06:00 - finish Salary: £9.82 per hour Duties and Responsibilities include: Establishing clear communication of business, targets and production requirements to the production team Maintaining the highest quality standards to meet requirements Ensuring the smooth running of the production lines Making certain all production processes and procedures are rigorously adhered to without exception Ensuring all documentation and paperwork is carefully and accurately completed Maintaining the highest standards for cleanliness, organisation and housekeeping The successful candidate will need to demonstrate the following skills and experience: Experience in leading a small team in a production environment Must be self-motivated, efficient at planning, prioritising and completing tasks Experience of working to targets, monitoring performance, giving feedback and dealing with issues in a timely manner Excellent problem-solving skills Interviews for this role are to take place immediately, with an immediate start for the right calibre of candidate/s This role would possibly suit an individual working in the Food / Production or Manufacturing industry as an Key Operative, Team Leader, Quality Control or similar.
