Managing M&E Building Surveyor

Managing M&E Building Surveyor role with a global consultancy based in Leeds. Your new company This is a global consultancy working across a rage of sectors, including commercial, industrial, education and healthcare. They are currently expanding their team in Leeds and are looking for a managing M&E building surveyor to work across the region. Your new role In this role you will be delivering detailed M&E asset surveys and have experience of providing designs and specification for contractor design tender document's. You will be working alongside a team of surveyors where you will deliver the M&E surveys but also manage the schedule and programme of works. Your role will involve producing the scope of work and making sure it will be delivered on time. What you'll need to succeed You will be HND/ HNC qualified in building services or equivalent with experience delivering M&E surveys. You will poses excellent attention to detail, ability to work unsupervised and previous experience delivering concept deigns and specifications needed for the tender documentation. As this role will be based partly on site you will poses CSCS cars and have a driving licence.
