Caretaker

Caretaker. Student Accommodation in Liverpool. To start ASAP. Your new company You will be working for a well known Student Accommodation group in Liverpool city centre. Your new role As a Caretaker, you will be focussed on Maintenance across the site including preventative and reactive and redecoration as required. Inspections at the end of tenancies. There are other elements to the role including ad-hoc Concierge duties as and when required along with a mixture of day shifts and night shifts on a rota schedule. 40 hours per week with overtime available. What you'll need to succeed Experience in Maintenance within a Student Accommodation / University or College setting. Experience within Customer service and Client facing positions. Flexibility within schedule as weekends and evening work may be required.
