Maintenance Plumber required for Public Sector Services in Stoke Your new company A reputable public sector organisation based in Stoke, are looking for an experienced maintenance plumber on a temporary basis. Your new role As part of the Estate Maintenance Team, you will be responsible for completing the inspection programme of planned, preventative maintenance and the installation and refurbishment of plumbing and heating systems. You will be allocated routine maintenance tasks, report any remedial actions and be responsible for undertaking legislative checks, ensuring that recognised control procedures and practices are maintained. What you'll need to succeed You will have City & Guilds plumbing or equivalent and previous experience within a similar maintenance role.
