Land & Development Surveyor And Commercial Agent Your new company This company are a provider of commercial, residential and agricultural property consultancy and estate agency services across Norfolk. They are one of the largest independent estate agencies and chartered surveyors in the county. Your new role This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate or qualified Land and Development Surveyor to join a well reputed reputed and long established multi-disciplined practice in East Anglia. You will be working in a fast paced environment within the large commercial division looking after existing clients and new enquires, generated from within the firm external introduces and contacts. As the Land and development Manager / Commercial Agent this role will allow you the opportunity for a wide range of individuals with a diverse background to be involved in both development and commercial agency activities. What you'll need to succeed As the Land and development Manager / Commercial Agent you will need to have : A strong communication and interpersonal skills including negotiating networking and presentation. Excellent analytical and numerical skills with effective written communication and report-writing ability. A thorough understanding of legal matter, policies and procedures. a creative and innovative approach with an aptitude for problem solving. the ability to carry out development appraisals thoroughly and convincingly, especially financial viability. Good commercial awareness and understanding of the property sector.
