Overview
Senior Quantity Surveyor / Managing Quantity Surveyor A well known high end fit out contractor based in the East Midlands are looking for a Senior QS / Managing QS to join their business in order to help move the team forward as well as add value to the management side of the role. This company deal with a number of different types of projects but predominantly in the hotel and leisure sector, working on high end fit out projects as well as refurbishments and conversions. They are ideally looking for someone who has a background within this side of the industry to come into the current commercial team and not only run a new £20m job but also help with the business management side of the role - CVRs, Contract Reviews, P&L etc. The commercial team in the office are already very well established, so the role will not involve a huge amount of people management - so the responsibility of a project is also essential. This would suit someone who is already in a senior position, looking to perhaps take on a dual role of management and hands on Quantity Surveying or perhaps someone looking for a step up into a commercial role.
