Architectural Project Manager

Architectural Job, Project Management, Up to £400000 DOE, Braintree Your new company You will be working for an exciting, Modern practice located in Braintree. With an excellent office environment, unique bespoke projects and strong supportive team, this is an ideal opportunity for a candidate with the right experience to flourish Your new role In this role you will be responsible for working through all RIBA stages, producing concepts and design, Planning and tender packs and technical drawings and building regulations. You will work alongside other members of the practice to complete a multitude of projects. What you'll need to succeed In order to succeed in this role you will have experience working within all RIBA Stages. You will be competent at creating planning and building regulations drawings as well as understanding traditional construction methods. You will have have high technical skill and understanding with the ability to produce precise drawings paying attention to detail. It would be highly beneficial if you have experience with contract administration. You MUST be able to drive and hold a full UK driving licence to be considered for this role.
