Overview
A top residential maintenance contractor require an electrician to work on their housing stock in London. Your new company An exciting opportunity has just become available to work with a top residential maintenance contractor in central London. They require an electrician to work on their residential housing stock. Working hours are Monday-Friday 8-5. Your new role As an electrician you will be working in both occupied and unoccupied property in central London. This will involve working on a foot mobile basis between properties, mainly in the Covent Garden area. Duties will include: Planned and reactive maintenance Re-wires Fault finding 1st and 2nd fix Testing and inspection Signing off work (using companies NICEIC registration) Liaising with clients What you'll need to succeed You will require experience in working as a maintenance electrician in residential property. You will also require: L3 Electrical installations Testing & inspection (2391 etc.) Ability to sign off own work Good communication skills What you'll get in return You will receive an ongoing contract with a top residential maintenance contractor, who have big plans to expand in the near future.
