Maintenance Electrician £36000 £37000 Maintenance Electrician Electrician at a corporate office in Central London. Your new company A leading FM service provider is currently looking for a maintenance electrician to start immediately based at a corporate office in the Victoria area. This will be working Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm. Your new role You will be part of a team carrying out all aspects of electrical PPM's and reactive maintenance tasks on a daily basis within a corporate office space. This will consist of fault finding, lighting and power upgrades, liaising with contractors on site etc. What you'll need to succeed The successful candidate will need to be a level 3 qualified electrician with either 17th or 18th edition certificate, good communication skills and a background in commercial maintenance. What you'll get in return This is an on-going temporary to contract with competitive rates of pay and overtime available.
