Assistant Quantity Surveyor / Project Manager role 2 months freelance in Newark Your new company Our client is a large national main contractor. They specialise in large new build projects in the education and healthcare sectors. Your new role They have a peak in workload in the commercial department and require an assistant QS / project manager for a 2 month period. The main duties as follows to assist following an audit. Processing Non Conformance Report's and closing out the ones we have received all of the outstanding information using an internal system Processing the Open Non Conformance Report's that haven't been closed out. This will involve speaking to relevant people in different departments and following through on what needs to be done in order to complete the report. What you'll need to succeed Strong Microsoft office skills Strong administrative experience A construction background - either by degree or commercial experience.
