Job Description About us Privet is a health and beauty salon located just off the fashionable Portobello Road in London. We offer a wide range of treatments at an extremely high standard and quality to meet our clients’ needs. We are now expanding and looking for a Senior Therapist to join our team. Privet is a gender-neutral salon offering a wide range of treatment, including: Environ facials & peelsImage skincare facials & peelsDerma PenLED light therapyStrip and hot waxing (male and female)Massage (deep tissue, Swedish, pregnancy)St Tropez spraySoprano ice laser hair removalRadio frequency Key Responsibilities To carry out treatments to an exceptionally high standard.To be highly motivational and capable of implementing strong sales techniquesTo be willing to continually develop and improve within the team, ensuring a consistent learning curve.To attend weekly, monthly team meetings to ensure effective communication and continued professional development.Hitting weekly/monthly revenue targets. Provide support to ensure weekly targets are met and/or exceeded.To be commercially focussed and ensure that the business is efficient and profitable.Ensure that costs are tightly controlled and that the correct margins are achieved on all products and treatments to ensure maximum profitability.
