EL/PL Fee Earner
Overview
My Client, a leading legal 500 firm is looking for an EL/PL Fee Earner to join their team in Bradford. The firm is highly valued and deep-rooted in the community, its expansion over the last decade has brought about a larger regional and national presence. The firm offers straightforward legal advice with a very personable legal approach. If you want to work for a firm that does things differently - this is the firm for you. Under the guidance of your supervisor, you will conduct defence EL/PL claims from inception through to litigation. Your main responsibilities will include using MOJ Portal, liaising with experts, clients and statutory bodies, negotiating on issues of liability and quantum, pursuing recovery of client losses where appropriate. You should abide by the risk management and financial expectations and ensure all work is carried out in accord with SRA guidelines. The successful applicant will take an active role in marketing initiatives and development of the firm.
