Job Title:Administration Co-ordinator Contract:Permanent Hours:37 hours per week, Monday to Friday Location:Near Solihull Salary:£20,000 - 22,500K (Depending on experience) Working on behalf of a prestigious client, we are currently recruiting an Administration Co-ordinator. The successful candidate will be highly motivated with previous experience of working in an administration role working with online platforms. Duties include: "Manage the organisation and filing of documentation "Providing excellent customer service for enquiries and queries "Organising meetings, including scheduling, invitations, organisation and follow up "Update the website as appropriate and liaise with Marketing on communications and campaigns "Develop strong relationships with customers, clients and colleagues Skills and experience required: "Previous experience in a fast-paced and busy Administration role and working with online platforms would be an advantage "Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, with a high level of customer service "Strong interpersonal skills "Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise workload "Highly motivated with strong organisation skills "Good IT skills in particular MS Word and Excel "Attention to detail and high accuracy levels This is a fantastic opportunity to work for an outstanding organisation who really value their employees.
