Overview
Flexible working - LD Support worker temp - Weekly Pay - Free DBS Your new company Hays Social Care are looking for experienced and passionate support workers to join our diverse team of professionals. We work with several clients in the local area who provide care and support to vulnerable people within the community. You will be joining a passionate, caring organisation that will enable you to create bonds that will last a lifetime Your new role You will be supporting service users who suffer from a range of disabilities, varying from severe mental health issues to mind learning disabilities. You will be following care plans and implementing lasting changes to peoples lives. You will be administering personal care and giving your time and energy to those in need. This role covers all the things usually associated with a care home internment What you'll need to succeed In order to be considered you MUST have worked in a similar setting for at least 6 months within the last two year period. You must be able to provide suitable references from within that period. If you hold an NVQ level 3 that would be desirable but not vital.
