The home also offers a beautiful garden for residents to relax and unwind. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Clinical Nurse Manager (RGN/ RMN/ RNLD) to join a leading and forward thinking healthcare provider in one of their small, specialised care homes in Rochdale, Greater Manchester. The service provides person centred care for residents aged 18 and above with a range of complex care needs or an associated brain injury, motor Neurone Disease and Huntington's disease. The Home Manager is looking for an enthusiastic and friendly Registered Nurse (RGN/ RMN/ RNLD) to work as a Clinical Nurse Manager ensuring the smooth running of the service at all times. This position involves a mixture of hands on nursing care and working closely alongside the Registered Manager, ensuring the service runs effectively and the highest quality of care is provided. Person Specification: Our client is looking for a Registered Nurse of any specialism ( RGN, RMN or RNLD all considered). All candidates must have a valid NMC Pin and full eligibility to live and work in the UK. Nurses must have good communication skills, a hard-working nature, and the willingness to get stuck in. Previous management experience is a similar setting is essential for this position.
