Family Solicitor 5yrs PQE - £40,000 - £55000 (DOE) Waterlooville - Hampshire An opportunity to join an existing team of three Family Lawyers at this excellent regional firm with a strong business infrastructure set up for future growth. A firmly established and well respected legal firm offering broad range of legal services to both commercial and private clients. The Family team are based at two separate locations and the current team boasts some of the firms most senior and experienced Solicitors. The team are now looking to take on an experienced Family Solicitor. The work is all privately funded and covers the full remit of family matters including: Divorce and civil partnership dissolution Children and care proceedings Separation agreements Pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements Pensions arrangements in divorce proceedings Property disputes Living together and cohabitation Domestic abuse Alternatives to court - mediation, arbitration and collaborative law The ideal candidate for the role should be able to demonstrate: A minimum of 5 years post qualified experience in family law In depth knowledge and understanding of privately funded Family law casework Excellent organisation and an ability to work under pressure with accuracy and efficiency. Good communications skills, an enthusiastic nature and focus on client care. A keen desire to support and develop professionally other members of the department. Willing to be a genuine team player and contribute further to the departments commercial growth through engagement initiatives and marketing.
