Overview
A well established firm in the West Midlands is looking to recruit a Private Client Locum to join their team. Applications are sought from Solicitors who have at least 3 years experience of managing your own caseload of private client matters including: the administration of estates, solvent and insolvent, dutiable and non-dutiable and both testate and intestate, and the law of agency (Powers of Attorney); Court of Protection and general trust law and its application; Powers of Attorney and technical will drafting. The role will be providing cover whilst the firm recruit permanently and it is expected to run for 6 months but it has the potential to be extended further. Flexible hours will also be considered.
