Residential Conveyancing| Paralegal | Chelmsford | THE FIRM A recognised and reputable law firm based in Chelmsford is seeking a Paralegal to join the Residential Conveyancing team. Due to continued growth, the firm is now seeking to hire a conveyancing assistant to provide effective and immediate support. THE ROLE - Paralegal Joining a thriving and progressive team, this Paralegal role will be fundamental in ensuring the smooth running of a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters. Your role will include; · an exciting mix of property work ranging from freehold to leasehold, new build, shared equity and help to buy. THE REQUIREMENTS This Paralegal role would be suited to someone who has previous experience within residential conveyancing. 12 months minimum experience within a similar role. You will be confident in ability to handle freehold, leasehold, new build, shared equity and help to buy files.
