Corporate Commercial Solicitor, 2-10 years PQE, Birmingham – Highly regarded corporate and commercial practice within the Midlands are seeking an ambitious Corporate Commercial Solicitor to expand the scope of their team. JOB TITLE: Corporate Commercial Solicitor PQE REQUIRED: 2-10 years PQE LOCATION: Birmingham SALARY: £40,000 - £70,000 OVERVIEW OF ROLE: Our client is seeking an exceptionally talented Corporate Commercial Solicitor to join their highly regarded practice in Birmingham. The team act on a dynamic mix of work across both the public sector and private clients. Much of their work is predominantly focused in the healthcare sector, and this role is a genuine opportunity for the successful Corporate Commercial Solicitor to progress their career as part of a growing business. REQUIREMENTS: The ideal Corporate Commercial Solicitor will have a good academic background, and should have excellent quality experience working in corporate and commercial law on behalf of both public sector and private clients. The successful Corporate Commercial Solicitor should have excellent technical ability, a positive attitude and the ability to demonstrate an effective commercial acumen. The appointed Corporate Commercial Solicitor will be confident in managing their own caseload and will demonstrate good communication skills as well as the ability to establish relationships with new and existing clients.
