Overview
Are you a Family Solicitor with (2-10 Years PQE)? Have you managed your own caseload of family law files? Do you want to work for an award winning firm in Altrincham? Duties include: Advising and managing a caseload of family law matters including divorce, financial matters arising from separation, complex children matters, surrogacy law, parental orders Dealing with financial applications brought on behalf of children Assisting with complicated Children Act applications, such as removal from the jurisdiction Undertake a mixture of work within family law This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates to progress in the family law team and take the next steps to progress with their career.
