Overview
This medium-sized Exeter-based firm is searching for an additional company commercial solicitor. This vacancy sits alongside the Commercial Property Team as there is much cross over in clients and work. You should ideally have at least 2-3 years' experience advising on all manner of company commercial matters. In this role, you will likely get much more exposure to clients and a broader caseload than you might do in a larger, more corporate law firm. You will handle all aspects of the transactions/deals. As a company commercial solicitor, you will advise on share sales/buyback arrangements, joint ventures, company sales, partnership agreements, IP & IT, supply agreements, shareholders exit strategy and MBO's to name but a few. Your clients will include a range of businesses within various industry sectors including IT, hospitality and education with deals of various sizes, regularly valued up into the millions.
