Role Overview As the appointed Residential Conveyancer, you will be required to handle a varied caseload of residential conveyancing transactions, to include: Freehold and leasehold Sales and purchases New build Right to buy Transfer of equity Shared ownership You can expect good quality work and lots of direct client contact as part of one of the most well-respected property departments in the area. Candidate Requirements The successful Residential Conveyancer will demonstrate: Experience as a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer Experience handling their own caseload of residential conveyancing transactions The ability to take on a highly client facing role A commitment to delivering an excellent level of service What’s on Offer? The salary will be based on experience but will be very competitive and around the region of £30,000 - £40,000 per annum.
