Overview
Multi-accredited firm in Merseyside seeks a Level 2 IAAS Accredited Immigration Solicitor/Supervisor on a full-time, permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented senior IAAS Accredited solicitor with experience in immigration, asylum and public law to join our client’s thriving practice in Liverpool. The successful applicant will handle a rewarding caseload of immigration matters, whilst delivering first class legal advice and representation to the firms publicly funded and private clients. Responsibilities • Asylum • Human rights • Appeals • Immigration rules based applications • Nationality and judicial review • Appeals to the Court of Appeal The Candidate • Solicitors with a minimum of three years’ PQE • Experience in immigration and asylum is required • An accredited member of the Immigration and Asylum Accreditation Scheme (IAAS) for immigration and asylum • Experience of public law actions before the County Court/High Court would be advantageous • Excel in communication with exceptional client care skills The Firm Our client is an established practice with multiple offices around UK.
