Quickline Recruitment currently have a fantastic opportunity for Support Worker in the Children Services in Cardiff Council. To be successful for this role, you are required to have previous experience within children services About the Role 1. Be a point of contact with professionals and appropriately manage telephone, emails and other methods of communication. 2. To assess information received from professioanls and the public and in consultation with Social Workers and supervisor. 3. To input data and use IT systems as appropriate and relevant. Update the Department’s computer client record system to deal with enquiries, and contribute to the maintenance and accuracy of the information stored in the system by adding and updating as appropriate. 4. To administrate and facilitate various meetings as requested by Social Workers and Supervisor 5.
