QUALIFIED LAWYERS SOUGHT FOR HOMEWORKING ROLE - CONSULTANT LAWYER / SOLICITOR EARNINGS IN EXCESS OF £50,000 - YOU DECIDE Berkeley Scott is currently recruiting for a number of positions with immediate starts in the following disciplines Employment Law, Family Law, Immigration Law, Company and Commercial Law, Intellectual Property Law, Planning Law, Childcare Law. We may also consider applications from candidates with exceptional provenance in Crime and possibly also Conveyancing. Ideally, you will be a Grade A fee earner, however we are more than happy to consider applications from very strong lawyers with 3 years PQE. This firm are Lexel-accredited and offer all the support one could want in being directly employed by a firm. If you want to be completely in control of your work and home life AND feel you would benefit from between 50% and over 70% of the fee being earned, they could be for you. They are recognised as being easy to work with and have an approachable and refreshingly down-to-earth attitude of support and mutual qrespect. They value their people and reward them accordingly. Additionally, they support in paying for your practicing certificate as a regular firm might, as well as shouldering the burden of your CPD training. Their infrastructure is exceptional, and the support they can offer you in this regard is great too You no doubt have a high standard of client care - In which case, working in this way will also allow you the TIME to spend ensuring every client has as much access to you as you wish, and you can spend the required amount of time in preparation and conferencing, giving a potentially better overall experience for people who are sometimes at their lowest ebb. You should be a real self-starter. You should be driven and commercially astute as well as ethical. You will decide your own charge rate. This will suit someone who is genuinely able to deliver every aspect of the process from client attraction, building a following and a reputation (you already have one, right) all the way through to billing cases correctly and fulfilling all compliance obligations.
