Overview

We are recruiting for a highly respected financial organisation whose offices in Kent are now seeking a number of Associates This particular area of the business is responsible for updating existing client records with documentation received as part of life journeys including marriage, power of attorney, and court of protection, bankruptcy and bereavement. These are varied roles where you will be involved (with training) in: Providing customers with information albeit written and verbal guiding them through the processes. Preparing bereavement customer accounts for closure and provide instruction for dealers Performing investigation and system updates on unclaimed and residual monies for bereaved customers. Updating customer records and generating communication repatriating monies with deceased estates. Assisting with cleansing and repatriation of client money to bereaved clients Accurately update core systems on action taken and updating daily statistics Training can be provided, however, in order to be considered it is essential that you possess strong organisational, investigative and problem solving abilities, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be someone who is adaptable to changing circumstances.
