THE COMPANY • One of the top M&E Design Consultants in the market • Diverse and award winning with project experience including commercial, major residential and mission critical projects throughout the world • Fantastic Central London office with a very relaxed atmosphere KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • The Principal Mechanical Design Engineer will be liaising with the rest of the building services design team, and the engineering teams to ensure projects meet expectations within the set deadline. • The Principal Mechanical Design Engineer will be leading design development and calculations on high value projects. • Accurately creating technical drawings in accordance with client briefs using programmes such as Hevacomp and AutoCAD • Attending client and design team meetings • Responsible for undertaking Mechanical services design including Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning SKILLS AND BACKGROUND • 5 years Building Services (MEP) background either within a Consultancy • Degree qualified or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services • Knowledge of UK Standards and Specifications • Experience of working on high-end residential and large commercial and educational projects would be advantageous If you are an ambitious Principal Mechanical Design Engineer within the Building Services industry and are looking to progress with a well-established award-winning Building Services Design Consultancy in Central London, then please contact Dan Cullingham at Aylin White by replying to this advert.
