Overview
An exciting new central London based start-up are currently on the lookout for an experience Software Engineering Lead to join their team to work on a number of AI related projects. Software Engineering Lead Role The client in question are looking for an experience Software Engineering Lead to join their team to work alongside a number of engineers and machine learning specialists. As a Software Engineering Lead you will be responsible for leading a team of approx. 5 engineers on a number of user focused product development projects. As Software Engineering Lead you will be responsible for: Line-managing teams of up to 5 engineers Hands on Software Development e.g. coding/ performing code reviews 1:1 reports alongside coaching, mentoring and developing the engineers within your team. Recruitment; requirement identification, interviewing and onboarding. Essential Requirements Degree in Computer Science (or other field of technicality/ relevant industry) Experience working with engineering best practices Experience leading and working with team of up to 5 engineers. Preferred Requirements Experience within engineering complimented by management experience Skilled in coding Docker/ Kubernetes AWS/ GCP/ Azure In return, you will receive a salary of between £80,000 - £90,000, excellent training and mentoring and an ongoing career development.
