Operia is representing a world-renowned and the UK's leading independent provider of mental health care services to search for and headhunt a Director of Clinical Services to join their senior management team at a unit that offers care and treatment for up to 28 clients. The Director of Clinical Services forms part of the hospital senior management team and is responsible for the operations of the clinical services that includes nursing and therapy. The post holder will ensure the highest level of patient care is provided to all patients. The Director of Clinical Services plays a key role in developing the hospital strategy, providing operational and clinical leadership to the team. The successful candidate will: Promote an effective working relationship across the hospital. Provide leadership, organisation, and coordination to ensure effective clinical governance Manage the delivery of clinical services, business plan ensuring the effective and efficient management and control of staff, recruitment, e-roster, budgets, and equipment. Be responsible for implementing effective clinical interventions and ensures that treatment is designed to enhance the operation and quality of clinical services and is aligned to best practices. Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and current legislation, meeting quality standards and delivering against quality and performance indicators.
