Overview

Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer Contract 6 Months Dartford £25-27ph I am currently working with a leader with the FMCG industry based in the Hampshire area. I am looking for a number of Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineers with an electrical biased to join on a contract basis. You will be responsible for the maintenance of automation, electrical and mechanical systems. Candidate Duties: - Help set up the new production line and ensure that it runs smoothly - Fault finding and fixing where possible on new equipment and machinery (Siemens PLC's) - Reacting to MHE breakdowns (both electrical and mechanical), locating the fault, analysing the issue and completing the fix in a timely manner to keep operation downtime to a minimum. -Be required to keep accurate records such as work activities, tasks carried out, parts used through stores, etc. Candidate Requirements: -Experience of working with controls, analysing faults and providing solutions -Experience of both reactive and preventative maintenance -Previous FMCG experience preferred -Knowledge of 3 phase electrics preferred Immediate start is available for the right candidates.
