Small independent group are looking for a new Manager for a large nursing home in a beautiful rural location, wonderful grounds, and super facilities within the home. CQC have rated this home as GOOD, it is registered for Medical and Dementia patients, fully staffed, by happy contented and well paid personnel and Nurses. No agency is needed at this home. One of the benefits of working for a small group, you are only one removed from the Owner of the organisation, which means changes can be implemented easily.
