Nurses Needed for an Outstanding Nursing Home Accommodation & Relocation package can be provided This is a truly beautiful home that I visited last week, the stunning rooms are amazing, all with en suite, but at the same comfortable and really homely. There was a great atmosphere between the nurses, residents and carers, a really jolly feel. We need three nurses to join the friendly and capable team. We could offer 1 preceptorship package for one newly qualified nurse, the other two should be experienced nurses, who can take charge of a Unit. We are offering great rates of pay, starting at £15.55 day rate/hour, rising to £19.38 per hour. This employer, grows their team from within, be prepared to be developed and grown, their care ratios, are the best I have seen, with 23 residents, 1 nurse, and 6 trained carers. This is the role, where you could & should have a brew with the residents, a laugh and a joke, make relationships with the families and enjoy the beneifts of continuity of care. Nitty Gritty, Shifts are 0745 - 19.45 with Paid Handovers, Paid Breaks, and on a 12 hour shift free meals.
