Accounts Senior

INrecruitment are working on behalf a leading advisory firm, based in the North of England, to recruit an Accounts Senior. Our clients are a progressive firm, and for the right person this role may be suitable for part-time working. Study support and personal professional development are also available for the successful candidate. The role The Accounts Senior will prepare management and year end accounts across a broad portfolio of business clients, together with providing accounting assistance to colleagues when required. As an Accounts Senior you will manage a portfolio of clients, deliver quality in-depth financial advice, as well as identifying market trends and preparing management accounts. The person To be considered for this Accounts Senior role you must be an accountant, either exam-qualified, time-qualified, a finalist (study support will be offered), or Qualified By Experience. You must also have practice experience. You will be technically strong and experienced in preparing the full range of annual accounts and VAT returns across a broad range of clients and sectors. Excellent communication and IT skills are essential for the Accounts Senior position, together with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders (external and internal) at all levels and across a variety of sectors.
