Overview
We are currently working with a client in the Chorley area who are looking to recruit a Sous Chef. As Sous Chef you will be working closely with the Head Chef to oversee their 2 kitchens and lead the team. With extensive banqueting as well as a fine dining restaurant, a rosette background would be an advantage but is not essential. You will need to have: a minimum of 2 years experience in a junior sous or sous position a passion to drive the business forward without losing the current standards within the kitchens is essential In recognition of your hard work you will be rewarded with an excellent re-numeration package, including: Up to £25,000 salary Paid hourly for hours worked over your contracted hours Staff benefits Your own transport would be required, although accommodation can be provided for the right applicant.
