The iconic Randolph hotel in Oxford has recently been purchased by AJ Capital, and this year will go through a full refurbishment turning it into one of the first Graduate hotels outside of the U.S. We are looking for a dynamic individual to lead the food and beverage team and completely transform the F&B culture of the hotel. This is an amazing opportunity to show your skill and creativity. Running 5 outlets and managing 4 HOD's your people skills and ability to develop a team will set you apart from the crowd. This position will include shifts working Saturday and/ or Sunday. Additional hours may be required to support the hotel during our busier periods including bank holidays.
