Great opportunity for a CdP that wants to progress and learn. £22,000 tips £1,500 pa. A real ground floor opportunity to join a new independent restaurant in Henleaze Bristol. These guys are going places and it won't be long until they open the second property. Bags of scope to progress. Serving a Bistro style menu, covering breakfast, lunch and dinner, we need a CdP to join the brand new, well equipped, kitchen to deliver the best possible fresh food. No pre-bought food - all fresh and homemade. The Venue - Not just a diner, there will be local community events, and a great deal of community spirit. The locals are already queuing to try this venture. Working 5 days out of 7, with a view to moving to 4 on 3 off as trade develops. Max 45 hours. All fresh produce, no "Brakes" deliveries, and a varied British / European menu. Any Vegan experience greatly welcomed. Open 7 days a week serving well-cooked fresh food with style, passion and flair. For you - Up to £22k share of all tips £1,500 pa.
