Restaurant Manager We are currently recruiting for an experienced Restaurant Manager to over see the daily running of the hotels Michelin Starred Restaurant. Working closely with the Executive Head Chef you will ensure the hotels Michelin starred standards are maintained at all times. The Place A Luxury 70 bedroom, 5 star hotel. The hotel is part of a prestigious 5 star collection of hotels across the world. The property is set in stunning grounds and has an award winning spa, Michelin starred restaurant, brassiere and elegant lounge bar. The Perks As Restaurant Manager you can look forward to the following Salary of up to £36,000 Meals on duty Managers bonus Discounts at other hotels in the group Career progression and ongoing training Award events nights Online benefits To work for one of the worlds finest hotel groups The Person The ideal Restaurant Manager will have the following Previous experience in a five star/luxury environment or Michelin starred restaurant Restaurant Manager experience or a very strong Assistant Restaurant Manager Excellent written & verbal English is essential Experience of Leading a team and people management Previous experience of financial and budget management Sound knowledge of fine dining and service driven environment Hands on approach within the restaurant Can commit to weekend working All candidates must be able to demonstrate that they hold a relevant and valid work permit or visa to live and work in the UK.
