SOUS CHEF –superb award winning cuisine – package £32,000 – This idyllic pub has been going from strength to strength and receiving numerous awards and accolades for their fine cuisine.As a result they are now looking for a talented Sous Chef to assist the Head Chef with the day to day running of the kitchen. Along with a fabulous looking restaurant there is also a state of the art kitchen, fully equipped with all the latest modern appliances.There is a brigade of 5 chefs who prepare absolutely everything in house, utilising all the wonderful Kent produce to create a modern British menu. There are two celebrity chefs involved in the business and they work closely with the team to ensure the continued success.There is also a very talented Head Chef so the successful candidate will have every opportunity to develop their skills further.As Sous Chef you will be involved with menu design, controlling stock, ordering and training the junior members of the team.
