Job Title: Office Cleaning Manager - Retail Head Office Building Location: Magna Park, Lutterworth, LE17 4XH Salary: £22,050 pension, health scheme, 33 days holiday (includes bank holidays) Full Time and Permanent - Monday to Friday 40 Hours a week - hours will be a mix of daytime shifts and evening shifts An outstanding opportunity has arisen within a large and dynamic Facilities Management company, who continue to enjoy sustained growth with its impressive multi-site client base which includes a National Facilities contract for ASDA. An opportunity has arisen to appoint an Office Cleaning Manager for the George (ASDA’s clothing range) head office building which is based in Magna Park in Lutterworth, LE17 4XH. The Office Cleaning Manager will be leading a team of 8 cleaners who will work a variety of shifts. You will be a strong communicator with a passion for delivering exceptional levels of customer service. You will be a leader of people who can get the best of your team in a challenging and demanding environment. Ideal candidates will have previous cleaning management experience in an office or similar type environment. The role of Office Cleaning Manager is: Job Purpose:- To provide an effective cleaning service to the George Head Office Building within agreed budgetary guidelines and achieve / exceed agreed service delivery targets through the effective management of the team of cleaners, ensuring that cleaning services are delivered in line with the company cleaning specification. Key Tasks and Responsibilities:- •Ensure cleaning duties are delivered as detailed in the cleaning specification To manage the cleaning budget through a process of effective scheduling of colleagues to meet the needs of the business. •Allocate cleaning priorities within the team of cleaners and monitor standards whilst adhering to the specification •Manage the performance of the cleaning team and take necessary action to manage performance in line with the company procedures •Actively promote and encourage open communication to monitor all cleaning key performance indicators that affect the delivery of excellent service and identify actions to resolve any issues •Ensure that all cleaning equipment and chemicals are kept secured and well maintained and well stocked •Carry out recruitment, induction and training of cleaning colleagues in accordance with company procedures The role is full time and permanent and is for 40 hours a week and is Monday to Friday. The hours of the role will be a mix of daytime and evening shifts. Ideally candidates will drive and have their own motor vehicle.
