Overview
Our client based in Peterborough is looking to recruit a full time permanent Service Controller to join their team. In this busy position you will be required to respond to incoming calls and e-mails, logging requests and scheduling engineers workloads ensuring service level agreements are met. You will plan various service and rework/breakdown jobs efficiently, optimising engineers productivity. You will also be required resolve minor technical queries and generally resolve issues delivering a high level of customer service. You will prioritise and coordinate customer requests, raise invoices, follow up quotations and order/chase parts for outstanding jobs. To be considered for Service Controller position you will be an excellent communicator, able to cope well under pressure and be highly organised. You will have previous experience in a planning/scheduling role, and be able to work unsupervised. You will possess strong customer service skills. Engineering/Automotive industry experience is desirable but not essential. You will be able to work on rota basis covering the working hours of 7.30am - 5pm If you have the relevant experience please apply now.
