Overview

We are fully FCA licenced, and we are looking to add to our expanding team. Role We are looking to recruit an IVA Compliance Officer, working closely with Senior Management and Advisors to ensure a smooth running of the department. Responsibilities of the job include: Actively mentoring and training IVA Advisors and Operational staff Working closely with the Directors on business-critical projects Monitoring compliance and behavioural activity from a TCF perspective Taking ownership of tasks and delivering a high level of service Creating and preparing reports as requested General administrative duties Key Skills Required Experience of working in the IVA industry (essential) Good oral and written communication skills Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with management at all levels Excellent analytical and numerical abilities A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
