End User Compute/Server & Network Engineer A respected and qualified supplier of products, systems, technical services, and outsourced solutions that deliver across a diverse range of clients across many sectors and industries is looking for an End User /Server - Network Engineer to join their fast growing HQ based in Chippenham. In this role you will be responsible for the first level customer support to their large and diverse client base. You will Installing, upgrading, supporting and troubleshooting the Enterprise Applications, managing the VMware environment as well as the Windows server environment. You will take ownership and deal with hardware and Microsoft support queries as well as Diagnosing and quickly resolving a wide range of Windows applications and networking problems, along with requesting and coordinating 3rd party vendor support. You will also be responsible for Email and user account administration, (i.e., account creation and management and distribution lists on Microsoft Exchange and passwords rest on Active Directory). Demonstrable experience in the following is desirable: VMware ESXi hosts and Vcenter Storage systems (Dell Storage Array) Dell Servers Microsoft Server 2012 & 2019 MS SQL Server 2017 Microsoft Exchange Server 2013/2019 (on premise) AD, File Systems and Print Services Certificate Management Security Clearance: Must be UK national - Security Cleared (SC) or SC clearable or higher clearance You will be working closely with the Service Delivery manager so growth and development opportunities will be visible.
